Community
Our board and committees will reflect our community by including a wide range of stakeholders.
Impact
We will add measurable value to Katy ISD and to our community. We will identify outcomes and faithfully communicate results.
Focus
Katy ISD students, and the staff who lead them, will remain the central focus of our work, our discussions, and our decision making processes.
Accountability
All funds and programs will be managed to the highest standard and we will be excellent stewards of the assets entrusted to us. We expect equal accountability from our beneficiaries.
Collaboration
We will be a place where ideas are exchanged and teamwork prevails. Our work will complement, rather than compete with, other district and campus support groups.
Integrity
We will strictly follow all procedures and policies. We will remain true to our mission, vision and values. We will honor the work of others and support those who lead us. We will learn from our outcomes, continually improve our processes, and build an organization worthy of respect, trust and longevity.
